LOGISTICS & DEPLOYMENT PROTOCOLS

The Boss (Mr. Neta) does not like waiting. When an order is placed, the clock starts ticking. Our logistics team works tirelessly to deploy your assets from our Headquarters to your doorstep with speed and precision.
Below is the official breakdown of our shipping zones, costs, and estimated timelines.
1. Delivery Zones & Base Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the “Tactical Weight” (size & heaviness) of the package.
Inside Dhaka Metro
Base Rate: 60 BDT
Note: This is the standard rate for normal parcels. If you order heavy cargo (like large bags of litter, furniture, or bulk food), the shipping fee may increase based on weight and dimensions. The final fee will be calculated at checkout.
Outside Dhaka (All Bangladesh)
Base Rate: 120 BDT
Note: We deliver to all 64 districts. Similar to Dhaka, this base rate applies to standard parcels. Heavier or oversized items will incur a higher shipping charge to ensure they survive the journey.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with the fastest courier services in the country (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) to ensure rapid deployment.
Inside Dhaka: Usually 24 – 48 Hours after dispatch.
Outside Dhaka: Usually 3 – 5 Business Days after dispatch.
Please note: Acts of God, political strikes, or extreme weather may cause slight delays. We ask for your patience, even if the Boss is meowing loudly.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (or on holidays) will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Cargo
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID to spy on the location of your package as it moves toward you.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery to most locations in Bangladesh.
Please have the exact cash ready to speed up the handover.
Reminder: You must inspect the package in front of the delivery hero (as per our Return Policy) before paying.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package goes missing in action (MIA) or arrives looking like it fought a tiger:
Do not accept a damaged package.
